Privacy Policy

How RYVA collects, uses, and protects your information. We keep this short and plain-English because privacy should not require a legal degree to understand.

Effective: April 24, 2026 Last updated: April 24, 2026

1. Who we are

RYVA LLC ("RYVA", "we", "us", or "our") is a California limited liability company that builds payment authorization infrastructure for property operators and other business operators. RyvaPay is the trading name of our product. This policy applies to information we collect through ryvapay.com and any related marketing pages.

This policy does not cover information we collect through the RYVA application itself once you become a customer. That is governed by a separate customer-facing privacy notice provided at onboarding.

2. A note about product data

RYVA is building a payment authorization platform for property and business operators. Once the product is live, customers who sign up will create accounts, connect financial systems, and run transactions through RYVA. In the course of using the product, the following types of information may be stored in our systems:

  • Account and user information for operators and their authorized employees
  • Financial information necessary to process payments, such as linked operating accounts
  • Transaction data, including vendor and property-level spend records
  • Information about third parties (such as vendors or payees) whose details are entered by our customers as part of normal business operations

This marketing-site policy does not describe how that product data is handled. Before we onboard customers, we will publish a separate customer privacy notice and enter into written agreements with each customer that describe our data handling obligations in detail. If you are evaluating RYVA and want to review these documents in advance, email us at info@ryvapay.com.

Short version: Data you submit through this website (for example, through the demo request form) is covered by this policy. Data that flows through the RYVA product once you become a customer is covered by separate agreements and notices made available at onboarding.

3. What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to your request and improve our site. Specifically:

Information you give us directly

When you fill out a form on our site (for example, to request a demo or get started), we collect the information you provide, including:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your company name and role
  • Your organization type and basic scale information (units, projects, or clients)
  • Optional details about your current accounting and spend management tools
  • Any notes or context you add to the form
  • Your estimated annual spend, if you choose to share it

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our site, we collect limited technical information:

  • Which page you arrived on and the referring URL
  • Marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) if present in the URL
  • Your approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region only)
  • Device and browser type for compatibility and analytics
  • Timestamp of your visit or form submission

We do not collect: financial account numbers, payment card details, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal information through our marketing site. If you become a RYVA customer, the separate customer privacy notice will describe what we collect through the product.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your demo request or inquiry
  • Schedule an onboarding call or walkthrough
  • Send you product updates related to your request, if you consent
  • Understand how people find and use our site so we can improve it
  • Protect the site from spam, abuse, and fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not use your information to target you with ads across the internet.

5. How we share your information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third-party vendors to help us operate our site and business, such as our email provider, calendar scheduling tool, and hosting provider. These vendors only access what they need to do their job and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
  • Business transfers. If RYVA is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this happens.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies, limited to what is necessary for the site to function and for basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels from ad networks.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site functionality.

7. How long we keep it

We keep form submission data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our relationship with you, and meet our legal obligations. In practice, that usually means:

  • Active leads and customers: for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable follow-up period.
  • Inactive inquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.

You can request earlier deletion at any time. See Your rights below.

8. How we protect it

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our internal systems, and vetted third-party service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we collect.

If we ever experience a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your rights

Regardless of where you live in the United States, you can:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave us

  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law)
  • The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we do not collect sensitive personal information through our marketing site)
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

To exercise these rights, email info@ryvapay.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

11. Children's privacy

Our site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will also notify you by email if we have your address, or by a prominent notice on our site before the change takes effect.
